That only one ball exists is kind of the whole point of a sport but an organisation’s knowledge doesn’t need to have this limitation. This happens to be most of the time because there is only one ball. Passing is a necessary skill to be sure, but it’s only necessary because the wrong person has the ball. Everyone says the most important thing in a team is “communication” but this is like saying the most important thing in football is “passing”. ![]()
